June II
That was not enough yet as June has 3o days to go...
There was another event worth mentioning in my life, quite an important one! In this case, picture tells you much more than words
I ha di ganz fescht garn, Samili!

Somehow we managed to squeeze in a weekend in Sam's family cottage in La Tène at the Lake Neuchâtel, Switzerland. We were lucky with the weater and especially with the people ;)

Afterwards we spent a couple of days together at the Mediterranean coast - it was absolutely amaziiing! You wouldn't imagine a more perfect honeymoon. Actually, the it could only be longer to become ideal...

But the crazy month goes on - still my brother's graduation and a French exam to come, meaning a week long trip to Slovakia. It was a really nice time spent with my family. Some places just feel like home no matter what...

It's so funny how graduation can change your life: for years and years we were distinguishing the mail for my older brother and my father just by the title in front of my Dad's name as they have the same names. Now, this period is over as both of them have the same title... What are we going to do? My poor Daddy became a Senior!

Well, I keep the month of July for another session as we are leaving for our first MC team days to Brugg tomorrow early morning... And anyways, I need to get some of the July pictures downloaded from my camera (thanks Martinko for lending it to me over summer!)

June

Brief overview of one of the most memorable months of my life so far. I managed to be in 3 countries and 5 cities among which I distribute my life...

I started off in Berne, Switzerland with the transition from Dean, my predecessor on the Swiss MC, currently enjoying MC in Brazil (i wonder if HE has a blog...).

Afterwards I went back to Aix-en-Provence in southern France where I spent my summer semester (vive l'Erasmus!) studying at l'Institut des Etudes Politiques, enjoying with 4 other Slovak girls and many other international friends. The stories of my Erasmus period would need whole another blog... Briefly, make time to watch Auberge espagnol, that'll help you to understand ;)
Concerning June, there were only exams waiting for me... and a lot of good byes - the saddest period of the whole stay!
Well, it added one more country and one more city to my life!

Next couple of days were Swiss again: a bit in Geneva, a bit in Bern getting the Team2team transition done. It was quite fun, lots of knowledge pouring into our heads... It was an intesne period of getting to know our Swiss MC team. Hm, saying "Swiss" is a bit exaggerated - we are British, German, Slovak and Hungarian/Swiss.
This picture dates later, but it serves the purpose to show the whole team (left to right: me, Sabi, Rob and Bee).
Sabi, Bee, Sam and me took a flat together and started to form a family-like group. I guess there will be many "flat stories" soon...

hmm, first posting.... that's is tough!
man, how do you start a good blog? that's the question that is stuck in my head for the moment...
anyways, it can't be so complicated, i've already managed to help to start up Rob's blog (and mine got neglected a bit)
so, here we go!

next couple of postings will be a bit chaotic, i guess
they will go a bit retrospecively, depending on the pictures i find and memories i recall in my head, please, be patient!
after all, noone forces you to read this blog...
